Sorry, this crash thing is comedy gold. And I love to spread memes. It makes me feel hip. Anyways, this meme refers to an episode of South Park where these little gnomes steal underwear. Their business model is:

(quote from Wikipedia.) With the effect being to mock the action in step 1.
